ASF SOUTH: JULIO ROSADA
Julio and Lili have been training together for about two months. When Julio began his work at ASF, his goal was to loose weight and despite being out on vacation for two weeks in these two months of training he lost 10lbs. Together, he and Lili have been working on strengthening his knees and he no longer has knee pain when lifting. He’s noticed increased muscle mass in his arms and lost 3 inches around his chest and 2 inches around his abdomen (these have always been his problem areas). Both Lili and Julio are extremely happy with the results to date and are excited for what lays ahead in 2020.
ASF CENTRAL: PAYTON BERGERON
Payton Bergeron has been chosen as athlete of the month by Coach Sierra because his effort and consistency continues to grow and grow with every workout. Most times, Sierra needs to get him out of the weight room so he can see the effects of his work but at this age the lines are blurred a little and that is okay. Payton is quickly becoming the self-efficient athlete, a skill that Sierra strives to create with in each of her athletes. 2020 will be a strong year for Payton, and we’re excited to be part of it!
