My experience at Austin Simply Fit has exceeded my expectations. I started training with Alyssa Hansen a couple of months ago and I've already seen great results with just a couple of sessions per week. She's able to easily explain how to perform each movement and has the type of personality that keeps me accountable and focused on the task at hand. I didn't start at ASF in the best shape, and I've never felt totally comfortable in a gym setting, but she's been great about keeping me motivated and feeling upbeat as I progress through the program. I have nothing but good things to say about her training and the gym as a whole.
