When and why did you come to Austin?
I relocated here this year to start a new chapter – a chance for fresh beginnings and personal growth.
What is your background? How did you get into personal training?
I played collegiate soccer, which gave me a deep understanding of the body and performance. After several injuries I saw how much work it took to recover and found a real passion for the process—especially the delayed gratification that comes with consistent effort. I became a personal trainer because I love guiding clients through their journey—helping them build strength, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals.
Tell us about your current fitness goals and training.
My current fitness goals are a mix of strength, speed, and endurance. I want to train like an athlete, so I’m working toward bench pressing my body weight and being able to do 10 pull-ups. I’m also focusing on getting faster with my sprinting, aiming to improve both power and speed. On top of that, I’ve set my sights on running a marathon one day. It’s all about pushing myself in different areas and seeing how far I can go with both strength training and endurance.
What is the most common fitness myth you work through with your clients?
One of the biggest myths I work through is the idea that you’ll see instant results. Fitness takes time, and progress is about consistency. I remind my clients that real change comes from showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process.
What do you want your clients to take away from each training session with you?
I want my clients to leave each session feeling like they worked hard, but also had fun along the way. It’s all about pushing yourself, but also enjoying the process. Every small win counts—whether it’s hitting a new personal best or just making it through a tough workout. Those little victories add up and keep you going.
What sets you apart from other fitness professionals?
What sets me apart is my relentless drive to be the best and my dedication to getting the best out of my clients. I’m not just here to guide you through a workout—I’m invested in your growth, your goals, and your success. I push myself to constantly improve so I can give my clients the best experience possible. I truly believe everyone has more in them than they realize, and I’m here to help you tap into that.
