I have been training with Nicky Trbovich at Austin Simply Fit for nine weeks now, and l couldn’t be happier with the results he has helped me attain. Nicky engages me with movements, stances, and techniques that help me comprehend what proper form feels like. His coaching skills never slouch nor offend. He knows exactly what I can do; he simply helps me realize it as well. Perhaps the key takeaway I’ve gained from training at this gym is, indeed, its simplicity. When I first joined Austin Simply Fit, I was a complete novice to strength training but found the environment instantly approachable. The space is curated to reflect the gym’s ethos of focused training with one-on-one guidance, and everyone was there for one thing only: personal fitness. No prying eyes, and nobody just there to be seen. Since I joined, I have seen tremendous shifts in the quality of my energy, range of motion, strength, and stability. The day to day improvements in my stress, confidence, and overall sense of wellbeing have been profound. I can’t imagine going back to living without a fitness routine now—a true reversal from the person I was when I joined.
