She smashed that goal and then some, and she has no intentions of slowing down! We are so happy for her as she steps into a new season of life, in shape and loving the process!

Here’s what Alyssa had to say about Rachel:

I chose Rachel because she comes into every session ready to work and put in the effort. We knew prepping for her wedding would take commitment, and she delivered on that and more. She did an excellent job staying consistent with nutrition, recovery, and stress management. She truly bought into our process, and it paid off. We saw great results, including a 6% drop in body fat and an increase of 8 pounds of lean muscle mass. Even with her wedding being over, we are not stopping there. We’re going to continue building on the progress we have made.

Here’s what Rachel told us:

What do you enjoy the most about working with your trainer at ASF? I love that Alyssa pushes me beyond what I think I’m capable of. She has me hitting new PRs like it’s no big deal. We are making small strides everyday, which makes big strides in the long run. I also love that she is able to recognize all the micro errors I instinctually make, so that I can avoid injury and keep with my routine.

What have you been most proud of since you started training? My body transformation has been miraculous since starting with Alyssa 6 months ago. I just had my wedding, and the talk of the weekend was how I got in such amazing shape. Feeling my absolute best on the most important day of my life is an invaluable gift that I am so proud of.

What are you looking forward to? I am looking forward to seeing how far I can push myself from here. Now that I have a strong foundation from Alyssa, it feels like I can make progress even faster and with more intention. I’m especially looking forward to continuing to dial in my macro nutrient intake to lock in my gains in the gym even more.
