When and why did you come to Austin?
I moved to Austin in February 2020 after spending the last nine years in New York City. I was in search of a slightly slower pace of life and Austin ticked all the boxes!
What is your background? How did you get into nutrition?
My background is in fitness and movement, but after years of being sick, dealing with gut and skin issues, and anxiety, I decided to take my health into my own hands and educate myself on holistic healing. Tell us about your current fitness goals and training.
Right now I am getting back into Olympic weightlifting after a quarantine hiatus!
What are the most common nutrition myths you work through with your clients?

What do you want your clients to take away from working with you?
I believe every person has the right to know what their body and mind are capable of in this one life. I want my clients to know they have the power to take control of their own healing. I believe people should be thriving, not just living.
What sets you apart from other nutrition professionals?
I never work with my clients with a “one size fits all” mindset. Everybody has different needs in their nutrition and wellness journey.
What is your favorite thing about Austin Simply Fit?
The entire crew is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and passionate about changing lives!
How do you, personally, define success?
Success is defined by measuring backward. If we focus on steadily becoming better than we were yesterday, that is success.
