Not only is Melissa a trainer at our South location, she specializes in fitness nutrition, behavior change, and weight management.  Using her expertise, paired with lessons learned from her personal weight loss journey, Melissa’s Fitness Nutrition Coaching is an accountability partnership. Clients not only gain the skills to plan weekly meals, but also learn to understand the reasons behind their choices.
