Summer is almost over! Kids are gearing up to go back to school and life is about to get hectic as summer vacations come to an end and work projects start to pile up. It can be really easy to lose sight of your fitness goals during this time of year. After all, you can always hide those extra pounds under a sweater during the winter, right?
The team at Austin Simply Fit would like to encourage you to be the healthiest and strongest version of yourself this Fall. To help, Austin Simply Fit is launching a 12-week Fall Flex-Off aimed at making you even stronger then you already are, inside and out. The challenge kicks off on Monday, August 25 and continues through Sunday, November 16.
Each participant will receive 2 weekly private workout sessions with one of Austin Simply Fit’s certified personal trainers. This will be your opportunity to set your weekly goals, work through any challenges and knock out personalized 30-minute workouts. In addition to the private sessions, each participant will also 2 weekly small group sessions available to them throughout the week and on Saturdays.
Participants will also have mini goals and challenges to complete keeping the momentum and fun up throughout the 12-week program. The entire challenge ends with a finisher’s brunch where we celebrate your success and hand you your free and well deserved Austin Simply Fit t-shirt. Sounds fun, right?
