Can you believe summer is just a few weeks away? If you are like most, you’re gearing up for all the fun you’ll have sitting by the pool, enjoying margaritas, eating delicious BBQ and catching up with good friends.
This year, the team at Austin Simply Fit would like to encourage you to add one more thing to your summer to-do list: Become Stronger!
To help, Austin Simply Fit is launching a 10-week Summer Showdown aimed at making you even stronger then you already are, inside and out. The challenge kicks off on Monday, May 12 and continues through Sunday, July 20.
Each participant will receive up to 2 weekly private workout sessions with one of Austin Simply Fit’s certified personal trainers. This will be your opportunity to set your weekly goals, work through any challenges and knock out personalized 30-minute workouts. In addition to the private sessions, each participant will also have unlimited access to all of our small group sessions available at both the north and south locations throughout the week and on Saturdays.
New this year, participants will have mini goals and challenges to complete keeping the momentum and fun up throughout the 10-week showdown.
Of course, it’s not just about sweat and strength. It takes more then exercise to get stronger. Participants will have access to two nutrition seminars lead by Registered and Licensed Dietitian Adrien Paczosa of I Live Well Nutrition Therapy. Adrien will show you how to fuel your body during training.
Plus, we have teamed up with My Fit Foods to offer 25% off all meals for all participants during the challenge and Wheatsville Food Co-op will be offering gift cards to participants who win the mini challenges!
