Summer with kids means pool parties, sleepovers, summer camps, play dates and trips to every Texas attraction possible. Notice we didn’t say workouts, yoga and healthy eating. Many of us at Austin Simply Fit are parents too and know it’s easy to lose sight of your health and fitness goals during these busy summer months. We want to help you take back your life, erase those unwanted summer pounds and give you the energy you need to get through another chaotic school year.

On September 9th, Austin Simply Fit will kick off a 10 Week Back-to-School Challenge for moms, dads, and anyone wanting to regain control of their life. Each participant will receive a weekly private workout session with one of Austin Simply Fit’s certified personal trainers. This will be your opportunity to set your weekly goals, work through any challenges and  knock out a personalized 30-minute workout. In addition to the private session, each participant will also have unlimited access to all of our small group sessions available at both the north and south locations throughout the week and on Saturdays.

Of course, it takes more then exercise to get back into shape so we’ve teamed up with My Fit Foods to offer each participant one-on-one nutritional direction as well as weekly gift cards redeemable for meals, snacks and drinks at My Fit Foods. Plus, throughout the challenge we are also offering two free nutritional seminars led by Registered and Licensed Dietition Dr. Adrien Paczosa of I Live Well Nutrition Therapy.Everyone who completes the challenge will receive a finisher’s bag filled with goodies from some of Austin’s best health and fitness companies.
