Sean Householder
Sean joined the health and fitness industry after a successful career in Austin’s fast-paced high-tech field. He believes that staying active is integral in leading a happy and healthy life, and that fitness opens the door to new activities and improved performance in existing ones. Sean has climbed mountains on three continents, enjoying the sunrise on the summits of peaks such as Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Rainier. He also has participated in numerous distance running events, including several half marathons and two marathons. Sean recently completed the Las Vegas Marathon in under 3:50, beating his goal by over 10 minutes and setting a new personal record!
