How would you describe you training style?
I love intense and programmed training routines designed to accomplish personal goals.

What do you consider to be your greatest health triumph?
I remember in middle school when I was first exposed to weightlifting and realizing I’m one of the weakest kids in my grade. I was embarrassed but it motivated me to be the strongest. So for me, consistency was the key to quickly accomplish that. By the time I was a Senior in High School, I was not only the strongest in my high school, but went on to be state and national powerlifitng champion. Now I love to help other people get strong, overcome obstacles, and acheive their personal fit goals!

What made you decide to become a Personal Trainer?
I became a personal trainer because I simply love being in the weight room and helping others be strong, healthy, and feel good about themselves. I love this job most when I see the satisfaction on the face of our clients when not only they achieve their goals, but surpass them!

Tell us about your sports & fitness background.
In high school I was state and national powerlifting champion. In college I changed course and pursued the MMA route and went on to have a 4-­0 MMA amateur record. Now I continue to compete in powerlifting and do MMA training for fun!

What’s your favorite thing about living in Austin?
I love doing a little bit of everything here in Austin. You could catch me at a movie theater, eating some good food, or at a country dance club embarrassing myself attempting to two-­step.

How do you spend your free time?
In my free time I love to read, watch movies, watch UFC fights or any combat sport, or just get some friends together and find some fun things to do.
