I enjoy keeping the atmosphere light and fun, while still kicking your booty and making you sweat. Fitness is fun and I’m determined to help everybody view it that way.
Greatest personal health triumph
I realized after college, I became very sedentary and complacent with how I looked and felt. I started lifting weights in the gym and became obsessed with my health and nutrition and really kicked my bad habits to the curb. I became devoted to living a balanced life that made me feel happier and more wholesome.
Reason why you became personal trainer
I live to make people smile and feel better about themselves and I’ve always felt like physical and mental health are directly connected. I am determined to push my clients to work towards their own personal fitness goals and watch the rest fall into place.
Sports and fitness background
Varsity volleyball, track + field, and tennis. I love playing any sport. Besides basketball- I’m awful at that.
Favorite things to do/places to go in Austin
Barton Springs is my absolute favorite. I love hiking and exploring all the authentic restaurants that have amazing breakfast tacos.
Non-fitness related hobbies
I love getting crafty and gardening whenever I’m able. I have a beautiful collection of plants and succulents that decorate my home. I’m very artistic and love any opportunity to allow that side of me to shine
