About Krista
After years in the corporate business world, I decided to stay home full-time with my two children. Upon reentering the work force, I contemplated the areas of life that were most gratifying to me. My passion for sports and fitness led me to my career as a personal trainer. I enjoy all facets of fitness and health, and believe in incorporating philosophies from all fields, from strength training and conditioning to yoga.

I have played competitive sports all my life and continue playing rollerderby to stay fit and have fun. Whether you are an athlete, a new mom trying to regain your pre-baby self, or are completely new to fitness, I understand what it takes to get you results. I know it is not easy, but it is always worth it.

    Andi Napier

    Training Philosophy
Andi offers a 50-minute Power Yoga class in a small group instruction format (up to 6 people), which provides an environment wherein appropriate modifications can be suggested to address past injuries and a variety of fitness levels; advanced poses can be safely approached; and additional time can be devoted to ensuring proper alignment in specific poses. The level of the class can be customized to fit the collective’s needs: beginner, intermediate, advanced, multi-level, co-ed, female, male, etc. The class is accessible to all people of all fitness levels, ages, sizes, etc.  The idea of the class is to meet each student in her/his current physical body and to use this physicality as a portal to access the psychological, emotional, and spiritual bodies to encourage grounding, empowerment, transformation, and serenity. Private lessons are also available through direct inquiry via andinapier@gmail.com.

    About Andi
Andi Napier began practicing yoga in 1999 in a small Austin studio. Initially attracted to the aura of yoga, Andi soon discovered the profound and positive affects of yoga on her body, mind, and spirit. Later, she found Baron Baptiste Power Yoga and became captivated by the physicalness of the style. Baron Baptiste Power Yoga also availed a gateway for a shift in conscious to transpire. Practicing yoga ceased to be about just stretching and strength training but rather a way to move energy to create constructive change.

At home, Andi is a busy mom of two active boys, 7 and 9. She teaches reading at a local elementary school and can be found swimming at Barton Springs, skating down Shoal Creek or traveling to beaches around the world.

Both professionally and personally, Andi embodies the spirit of her philosophy, “You must move to be moved.
